eli: To be fair, I think the bill is in much better shape after senator negotiation. You can't give all money to the employees like what Massie try to propose. At least people will have enough money for food to survive during this hard time, you not suppose to give too much money for people to enjoy the luxury time at home or discourage them to return to work later. Corporate companies and small business need loan to survive too. After all, its companies and small business to hire people back for the normal operation after this pandemic. If 50% of companies going to bankrupt without enough funding support which then trigger the financial crash of banking system because of the bad loan, then we are in real trouble with the real long time historic high unemployment. Nothing is perfect, it is not the time for a perfect bill. It is the time for congress to act fast and come up with a reasonably accepted bill for the majority of Americans and Business. God Bless America.
